The Gator Blue Chip Portfolio(GBC) outperformed during the 1st quarter of 2010. GBC returned 6.3% versus a gain of 4.9% for the S&P 500 index during the same time period. Below, we disclose our transactions (and their rationale) during the quarter and review a few of our holdings which drove performance in Q1.

1/7/10 - Bought Energizer - We bought Energizer at $64.75.
1/7/10 - Sold Avon - We sold Avon at $31.17.
1/22/10 - Bought ITT Educational - We purchased ITT Educational at $107.93.
1/22/10 - Sold Research in Motion - We sold RIMM at 63.25.
Stocks Driving Performance
Liberty Interactive was up 41% during the quarter.
BB&T was up 28%.
eBay was up 15%.
