The Gator Small Cap Portfolio consists of 25-35 high-quality stocks with market capitalizations below $3 billion.
Using Gator’s Investment Process, we build the portfolio from a bottoms-up perspective, seeking out businesses with strong competitive advantages, superior financial characteristics and management teams who think and perform like owners.
We expect to hold these investments for three to five years and allow the superior economics of these businesses to compound over time. As an added financial advantage, low portfolio turnover keeps taxes low.
