Concentrated Small Cap Equity Composite includes all portfolios that invest at least 65% of assets in small cap stocks as defined by the largest company in the Russell 2000 Index. The Russell 2000 Index is the benchmark for the portfolio. The Russell 2000 Index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe. Concentrated Small Cap portfolios typically hold 25-40 securities. The goal of the strategy is to provide long-term capital growth. The minimum account size for inclusion in the composite is $50,000. The Concentrated Small Cap Composite was created March 1, 2014.
Gator Capital Management, LLC (“Gator”) claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®).

Results are based on fully discretionary accounts under management, including those accounts no longer with the firm. Beginning January 1, 2009, composite policy requires the temporary removal of any portfolio incurring a client initiated significant cash inflow or outflow of at least 20% of assets. Additional information regarding the treatment of significant cash flows is available upon request. Leverage and derivatives are not used in the portfolio. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The U.S. Dollar is the currency used to express performance. Returns are presented net of management fees and includes the reinvestment of all income. Net of fee performance was calculated using highest management fees. The annual composite dispersion presented is an equal-weighted standard deviation calculated for the accounts in the composite the entire year. Policies for valuing portfolios, calculating performance, and preparing compliant presentations are available upon request.
The investment management fee schedule for the composite is 1.25% per year for accounts with a value less than $5 million and 1.00% per year for accounts with a value of $5 million or greater.
